Product Description
During a childhood dominated by a sometimes violent father, whose unpredictable mood swings were fuelled by alcohol, Fiona Roberts took comfort in the knowledge that the Spirit World was watching. She knew. She could see 'them'. Her first encounter with a spirit person came at the age of four, when a 'woman in black' appeared in front of her. This book will bring comfort to those who would like to believe that there is no such state as death, and that they will one day be reunited with their loved ones - human or animal. "There has never been a time in my life when I did not know that there is a life after death, and indeed a life before life. I grew up knowing that - no one had to tell me. And I grew up knowing that it is possible for those who now live on in the Spirit World to contact us here in the material world. I cherish the contact that I have had, throughout my life, with 'the other side'."
Fiona
Roberts.
'Ghost of a Smile' is the first part of Fiona Roberts' story. The sequel, entitled
'Voices' is now available. A much longer book,
'Voices' contains stories and anecdotes from Fiona Roberts' life and private readings, and fascinating examples and explanations of the more common manifestations of contact from the spirit world.
About the Author
Fiona Roberts comes from Liverpool and now lives in the north of England with her husband Tod, an elderly dog, and a small flock of ex battery hens. She has been involved in the world of the paranormal for the best part of her life, and in the 1990s ran an agency promoting the work of mediums, psychics and clairvoyants. She has written two books on the subject of the paranormal and her experiences -
'GHOST OF A SMILE' and 'VOICES'.
Recently Fiona and Tod spent five months teaching English in a remote village in Nepal, and the books 'A BEARD IN NEPAL' and 'A BEARD IN NEPAL 2' tell the fascinating and humorous story of their time there.
